Terms of Service
Last updated 29 July 2026
These terms govern your use of https://www.rssworldnet.work and, where a separate signed agreement does not already cover it, any client work RSS World Network ("RSS World", "we", "us") performs for you. If a signed proposal or contract for your project conflicts with anything here, the signed agreement controls.
Using this website
You are welcome to browse this site, read about our services, and contact us through any channel listed here. Content on this site, including copy, design, and code shown as examples of our work, remains our property unless a separate agreement says otherwise.
Ownership of project work
You own the final product of a project after full payment has been received. Until payment is complete, the work product remains our property. Deposits and milestone payments described in a proposal are non-refundable once the corresponding work has started, except where we fail to deliver what was agreed.
We may display a completed project in our portfolio (on this site or elsewhere) unless a separate non-disclosure agreement says otherwise. Reusable components, code snippets, and internal tooling developed during a project may be retained and reused by us on future work; this does not affect your ownership of the finished project delivered to you.
Project engagements
When you engage us for a project, the scope, timeline, and price are set out in a proposal or statement of work agreed before work begins. Once a project is paid in full and delivered, you own the complete source code produced for you, with no ongoing license fee or lock in to us as a vendor, consistent with what our service pages describe.
Third party services
Some deliverables depend on third party platforms (for example Shopify, WordPress, Google Business Profile, a domain registrar, a payment processor, or an email delivery provider). Your relationship with those platforms, including their own terms and any fees they charge, is separate from your relationship with us. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account decisions made by a third party platform.
No guarantees
We build carefully and test before launch, but a website, marketing campaign, or SEO engagement cannot come with a guarantee of specific outcomes, including search rankings, traffic, conversions, revenue, or return on investment. Those results depend on factors outside our control: your market, your offer, search engine algorithm changes, and platform policies among them. Software quality is not the same thing as a guaranteed business result, and we do not represent that it is.
Limitation of liability
We disclaim responsibility for business losses, revenue decline connected to use of software or a marketing campaign we built, failures of third party services (hosting, payment processors, APIs, advertising platforms), and regulatory complications arising in your jurisdiction. Our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.
Compliance is your responsibility
We do not provide legal, financial, tax, or accessibility-compliance advice. If your website or store needs to meet a specific legal standard in your jurisdiction, industry, or market, such as accessibility requirements, consumer protection law, advertising or email marketing regulation (for example anti-spam laws), payment card industry standards, or data protection law, you are responsible for confirming what applies to you and for engaging your own qualified legal or compliance advisor. We are glad to implement specific requirements you give us as part of a project, but the responsibility for identifying and confirming those requirements sits with you.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will change with it. Changes do not apply retroactively to a project already under a signed agreement.

By using this website or engaging us for a project, you agree to these terms.
