This policy describes what RSS World Network ("RSS World", "we", "us") collects when you visit https://www.rssworldnet.work or contact us, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to this website only, and it is written to be consistent with the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), since we work with clients in both the United States and Europe.

Who is responsible for your data

RSS World Network is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at info@rssworldnet.work for any question about this policy or about your data.

What we collect

This site does not use cookies and does not run analytics or advertising trackers. We do not build a profile of visitors across sessions or across other sites, and we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

If you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you enter. The form includes a hidden field used only to detect automated spam submissions; that field is never shown to a real visitor and is not personal data about you.

If you use the chat widget in the corner of the page, the message you type is sent to our chat provider, Greetnest, so our team can read and reply to it. Greetnest is a separate company acting as our processor for that data, with its own privacy practices; we do not control how it stores or processes that message beyond receiving and responding to it.

If you email us, message us on Telegram, or book a call through a link on this site, whatever you choose to tell us in that conversation (your name, contact details, and anything about your project) is what we hold on file to respond to you and, if you become a client, to deliver the work.

Why we process it and our legal basis

We process contact and enquiry information to respond to you, which is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and otherwise rests on our legitimate interest in running a business that responds to enquiries. If you become a client, we process your information to perform that contract: deliver, invoice, and support the work. We do not use your information for any purpose beyond what it was collected for without telling you first.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up on the enquiry, and delete or anonymize it after a reasonable period if no project results. If you become a client, we keep project-related records for the duration of the engagement and afterward for as long as reasonably necessary for accounting, tax, and legal record-keeping purposes.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this site and respond to you, each acting as our processor and each with its own privacy practices: Resend to deliver contact form emails, Greetnest to power the chat widget, and Vercel to host the website. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing.

Vercel processes standard web server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) as part of serving any website; we do not separately access or analyze those logs for tracking purposes.

International transfers

Our service providers may process data outside the country you are in, including outside the European Economic Area or United Kingdom. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers make available, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect your information in line with GDPR requirements.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, appropriate to its sensitivity. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

If the GDPR applies to you, you have the right to ask us what information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to our processing of it, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and why, to request deletion or correction of it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Children's privacy

This site is directed at businesses and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will change with it. We do not expect to make changes that reduce your rights without making that clear here.
